Ingredients
¼cuprolled oats
1tsphoney
1pinchsalt
¼tspvanilla extract
3tbspgreek yoghurtplain and unsweetened
⅓cupmilkor favorite plant milk
½cupdried berriesFeel free to use any kind of berry!
¼tsplemon zest
¼tspcinnamon
⅛tspnutmeg
3tbsphemp hearts
¼cupwalnuts
2tbspgranola
1cupfresh berries
Instructions
Mix all ingredients except for the hemp hearts, walnuts, and granola in one pint mason jar or other airtight container. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, heat the oats if desired in a microwave on high for 1-2 minutes. Mix the hemp hearts and walnuts into your oatmeal and top with the granola and fresh berries. Enjoy!
Notes
You can batch meal prep these in advance and keep them in the refrigerator for up to a week.Feel free to substitute any berry for this recipe. Blueberries and raspberries would be delicious!
