"Swamp Juice" Green Smoothie


Everyone needs a little swamp juice in their life! My kids love this green smoothie, and it is a great way to pack in more vegetables into everyones diet. I also love this smoothie as a refreshing post workout drink.

What you'll need:

2 cups almond milk or coconut milk
2 cups fresh spinach
1/2 avocado
1 ripe banana
1 cup mango, cubed (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

Use at least one of the fruits frozen to chill the smoothie. I recommend keeping frozen mango in your freezer at all times. Mangos are a pain to peel and cube so it saves a lot of time and frustration. 

Add all your ingredients into a blender, and process until smooth.
